Through its 20-year history, Bluesource has become North America’s long-standing and largest carbon offset developer. We identify opportunities for greenhouse gas reductions, help implement these projects, quantify the reductions, contract third-party verifiers to go on-site with us to check our calculations, work with high-quality standards bodies to get the offsets issued, and finally sell the offsets to individuals and businesses to compensate for their emissions and reach their reduction goals. Over the last twelve years, Bluesource has specialized in nature-based solution projects and now manages over 60 forestry projects in Canada and the U.S.

Jet-Set Offset users who purchase Bluesource’s verified American Carbon Registry forestry offsets will receive the peace of mind that the carbon offset purchased has been accurately quantified and verified so that each metric ton of emissions is equally compensated with one metric ton of carbon sequestered by U.S.-based forestry projects.

When an individual user chooses Bluesource for their mileage-based offsets, those offsets will be aggregated and retired on behalf of all Jet-Set Offset users.
